Good location but construction in the area

Two staff at reception and no induction was given

The view in the room was a panoramic view of sea & town quite spectacular. Staff were superb, special thanks to waiter Dugon, who made our breakfast very enjoyable with great service & conversation.

Attention‼️The hotel is disgusting! Shame! Good design, where everything else is ruined. The cleaners are just awful! They steal!

Beware, the hotel is just disgusting! We arrived at 2:20 pm our hotel was not ready for check-in and we were asked to wait and have coffee. After I entered the room I was shocked because our room was still dirty, there was a metal bottle cap on the floor, hair everywhere, food in the fridge, water collected near the shower, dirty mirrors and glass, dirty and wet robes, an ashtray on the balcony with cigarettes, stains on the curtains, etc. And this is taking into account that I had contacted them on Booking in advance and asked them to clean the room well. The switches were broken, the shower head did not work, and the door to the balcony did not close, we checked in and at that moment the plumber started coming to us, we could not relax because our room looked like a walk-through yard, he could not fix the door and the hotel decided to provide us with dinner after numerous complaints. The next day we found out that the cleaning lady stole our 2 gold rings right from the closet. Warning: The hotel is a thief, it is dirty and everything is broken. We will keep you informed about the return of our rings, and you beware and never stay in this hotel‼️

The location of the hotel and the view from the windows is fantastic. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help.

Overall not a bad hotel but definitely not worth the money we paid. The room is different from the pictures. Everything is a bit old and shabby. In addition, the room was not well cleaned. For example, there was an open bottle of wine and an empty can of soda in the fridge. I especially did not like the breakfast. We waited about forty minutes for breakfast to be brought to us. Separately, I would like to mention the terrible coffee.

The staff were amazing, there were several people on rotating shifts, every one of them smiled and greeted us and we're very helpful when we needed anything. Nice room, very good size with plenty of storage and absolutely amazing views, so the location is perfect.Breakfast was good, we were provided a set menu but there was a lot to choose from.

When we arrived the room was clean, everything was as should be. I'm pretty sure the rooms are only cleaned once every 2 days which wasn't a problem as there were plenty of towels and toilet roll!We had a kitchen and didn't check if utensils were provided. We brought some food back but had to do the best we could without. I don't see any point in having a kitchen if no utensils are provided. They could have used the kitchen space for womthing else. Towards the end of our stay we got a lot of mosquito bites, made it very difficult to sleep at night. I counted 20 at one point. Not sure what can be done about that though.I'm sure when the hotel first opened it looked amazing. It looks like it hasn't been maintained to a high standard, damp patches on ceiling and walls are visible, some places the paint is flaking off.The balcony door was stiff and made a loud squeak noise when opened or closed so we were conscious of neighbours being disturbed when sat outside in the evening. The main entrance door handle was very stiff. I had to go back down to the reception to check if the room card was activated but was told just to pull the handle down hard, it did work but you really had to jam it down hard.I would recommend this hotel but keep the above in mind. Shame really because it's not major work, a bit of paint and some grease on the hinges would sort it.

Well decorated spacious room with great views of the mediterranean sea. Well worth every penny!

This boutique hotel is in a great location, only 10 minute walk away from everything but also in a very quiet spot. The views from the on site restaurant are spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly, and there's a taxi rank only 30 seconds away which you can't miss when coming out onto the main road. Lovely restaurants nearby, highly recommend teras cafe. Reasonably priced, stunning views and lovely authentic Turkish cuisine. Old Town is also only a 15 minute walk away from the hotel.

I travelled with my 16 year old so we were given the triple room. The air con machine was dirty, the light in the bathroom by the mirror didn't work (not the main light) and there were a few light bulbs not working in the mirror by the dressing table which I feel should have been checked before our stay. Also there isn't a full length mirror in the room at all, which was very inconvenient for us. Lastly, the triple room is advertised as a "family" room due to the bunk bed design, however its situated right next door to the red room. The one that looks like a boudoir, it wasn't always occupied, but when it was, it just sounded like it was being occupied by women of the night for a few hours at silly times of the early hours. The walls are VERY thin so I would recommend ear plugs, especially if you don't wish to be kept up by the sound of 2 men getting intimate with each other!

The view from the room was breathtaking. The best view available in Antalya for sure.

The rooms are ok. It needs maintenance though. The switches are broken at places. Overall it needs better maintenance from the staff.

Hotel is a beautiful place in Antalya. The individual rooms offer a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, I got the "White Room". Freindly staff. Extraordinary breakfast and a tremendous view outside the breakfast room/restaurant to the sea.

If you need to park your car, you should chose a parkinkg house near to the hotel. At the Hotel it is very difficult to find a parking place and if so, it is quite narrow.

The room service...they didn't add shampoo at the second Day ..body lotion was already empty since we came vand They didn't not put......less choices for breakfast

Lovely boutique style hotel. Quirky is my description. Great location for the old town. Not very far to walk to the lift and the viewing points. Lots of coffee shops on the way if you want to stop and take in the atmosphere. Taxi service outside the hotel. And many local shops very close if you want snacks. The only thing to say is that there are 2 Afflon hotels ( Quite close to each other) and the taxis take you to the Other one everytime despite giving them the card with the address. But all good. Lovely stay

Unfortunately the coffee machine at the breakfast only worked for the first 2 days we were there and the staff couldn't or were not capable to try give us an alternative other then the machine coffee . Alittle dissapointed as we love our coffee in the morning. We bought coffee sachets In the end and asked for hot water. You could see the dissapointment in the faces of the other guess. But the breakfast was lovely.

The staff was very polite. Had an amazing view from the room.

The room was out of date. First, we struggle to open the door. It is difficult to locate the hotel. Even most of the taxi drivers struggled to find the hotel.The shower was leaking from the top, and the way they designed the showe,r water goes everywhere in the bathroom.We stayed in bali room and it's right below the restaurant we beem told restaurant close at 22.30. You could hear chairs and tables moving from the restaurant through the roof all night. My wife is a light sleeper, and she had a very hard time sleeping for a couple of days because of the noise coming from the restaurant after the closing time.pp

The staff are in touristic hotel, and speak poorly English, and are hard to communicate with

Breakfast, room views are amazing, location next to main town with shops (but not too near for noise) and 20 mins walk from beach

Need plates, glasses and cups in the room. There are only 2 glasses and we had to ask for more

The Bali room was amazing and we loved everything about it. The breakfast was good enough and we like that it is not wasteful since the portions are not very big.

The staff was smoking at the rooftop restaurant.

Very good view and location. Staff do not speak much English but were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

The cleaning was ok but not sparkling clean. There were some items left in the fridge and watermarks in the bathroom sink. The fittings seem somewhat flimsy in the bathroom but all usable and comfortable.

Very close to old town of Antalya/Kaleiçi. Room was a bit pricey but the location was good and very close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is not buffet system but has to be ordered free of cost from a select list of items. It's not a complaint but just as a FYI for other tourists. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the top floor restaurant was awesome. The receptionist was nice. We were welcomed by a lovely resident cat who is cute and friendly.

Good wifi (hard to find in Turkey), nice staff, breakfast is good (a table service breakfast rather than buffet), good location - about 30 min walk from public beach and strip of shops. Rooms were interesting concepts too

Super noisy, disrespectfully playing loud music into the morning

The experience was very bad. On arrival the parking on facilities that was announced did not exist. We were directed to a parking at another hotel from the same owner some streets away which was unpractical with luggage and a small baby. The room smelled a lot of cigarettes even if it wasn’t a smoking room. We then understood that the restaurant on the floor above works as a bar and has poor ventilation and people smoke there. But the worst experience was the noise at night. It was very loud coming from upstairs until after 3 in the morning. There was loud music being played at the restaurant. We called the reception twice to complain and on the first call we were told they would put it down, on the second call we were told it was the owner throwing a party and them wasn’t anything that could be done. It was a very bad experience…
